OUR STORY

Chef Leslie started her culinary adventures working in her family's restaurants.  She went on to become a summa cum laude graduate of Austin's own Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and trained at renowned Austin restaurants Ventana and Hudson's on the Bend. Chef Leslie taught cooking classes for Breed & Co, the Girl Scouts, churches and individuals as well as being a chef instructor for a local culinary school. She brings a unique perspective to her dishes--using classical techniques and insisting on the best and freshest of local ingredients to prepare healthy and flavorful meals. From French to Italian to TexMex, there's something to please everyone in Leslie's repertoire. Chef Leslie can prepare beautiful meals for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and Vegans alike. Her classes are fun and informative and every student gets a hands on experience plus a delicious meal (and complimentary wine for students over 21.)
